Information required
Business name, public address, Google Maps URL or Google ID when known, the specific incorrect field or opt-out request, supporting public evidence, and a safe way to verify authority.
Processing
Operations verifies the business and requester, records the approved action, updates the current serving truth, and refreshes every affected search summary. The separate crawler and preparation pipeline receives the correction as an upstream operational input where applicable.
Current status
Launch requires a documented intake owner, secure handling procedure, response expectations, audit evidence, abuse controls, and escalation path.
