When you use the service, we handle account and sign-in information, subscription status, credit transactions, export activity, and the information you send us for support. These records help us provide access, deliver downloads, manage your subscription, resolve problems, and protect the service.

Checkout and billing management take place on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe handles the payment details you enter there. Map Business Data receives the customer, subscription, and payment-status information needed to manage your plan and credits.

Our lead dataset contains publicly available business listings and contact information, with additional details from public business sources. Some business contact details may also identify an individual. Search results and exports make available fields accessible to our customers; contact fields in free previews are limited or masked.

You can contact us to ask about information relating to you, request a correction or removal, or raise a privacy concern. Include the relevant account email or business listing and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Do not email passwords, full payment details, or identity documents.

Customers are responsible for how they use downloaded lead data, including their own privacy and communications obligations. Updating our dataset does not alter copies already downloaded by a customer.
