Terms review requirements
This route reserves the production location for approved customer terms. It intentionally avoids fabricating contractual language before the product and legal policies are sealed.
Commercial terms
Final terms must match approved plans, credit renewal and expiration, 30-day deduplication, export limits and retention, payment, taxes, cancellation, upgrades/downgrades, refunds, failed payments, and service availability.
Data and acceptable use
Final terms must address permitted use, prohibited use, anti-spam responsibilities, data rights and limitations, correction/opt-out obligations, resale, account security, suspension, and termination.
Legal framework
Qualified counsel must settle warranties, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute process, changes, notices, age/authority, sanctions/export controls, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
