Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in access secure. If you use the service for an organization, make sure you are authorized to do so. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Plans and payment
The plan and price shown at checkout determine your billing amount and schedule. Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. Annual payment does not turn your monthly credit quota into a single annual balance.
Credits and downloads
One credit covers one lead newly included in a successful export for your account. Qualifying repeat exports of the same lead within 30 days do not incur another lead charge. Failed or canceled exports cost no credits. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Changes and cancellation
Manage cancellation through Billing in your account. Canceling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact us about a plan change, payment issue, or refund request.
Data and acceptable use
Lead data reflects available public business information. Details can change, and not every field is available for every lead. Verify important information before relying on it. You are responsible for lawful use of the data and for respecting consent, privacy, and opt-out requirements. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful unsolicited communications.
