How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in, open Billing, and select Manage billing. In Stripe's billing portal, choose the cancellation option and complete the confirmation. Check your subscription afterward to confirm renewal is canceled.

You keep access through your current paid-through date. Your subscription will not renew afterward. Monthly quotas still apply during the remaining paid period, and unused credits do not carry over.

Download completed files before their expiry dates. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
