Request a correction or opt-out

Provide the business name, public address, Google Maps URL or Google ID when known, the requested correction, and a reliable way to verify authority. Do not send passwords, card data, or unrelated personal documents.

Operations verifies the request, applies an approved change to the current business record or serving flag, and rebuilds affected prepared summaries. Historical customer exports are not silently rewritten.

The production intake channel and response-time commitment are launch decisions. This page documents the required workflow but does not yet claim an active service-level agreement.
