Responsible use, corrections, and opt-out

Responsible use

Business data must be used lawfully and responsibly. A subscription does not grant permission to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, evade platform controls, discriminate, harass, or resell restricted data.

Corrections and opt-out

A correction or opt-out request must identify the business reliably without exposing restricted information. Requests are verified, applied to the current serving record, and propagated to affected prepared summaries.

Launch review

Detailed acceptable-use, privacy, deletion, suppression, anti-spam, and jurisdictional language remains subject to qualified legal review before public launch.
