How credits and free repeats work

One credit covers one newly charged business in a successfully published export file. Searches and previews are free. More columns or a different format do not increase the cost per business.

Exporting the same business again within 30 days of its last charged successful export costs no additional credit. Free repeats do not restart the window. This applies across overlapping searches, selected fields, and file formats on the same account. Eligibility established for an accepted run is honored while that run processes. Downloading an existing file again is also free.

The export includes free repeats as it encounters them and uses one credit for each new business. It stops before the first new business that cannot be funded and becomes Incomplete. It does not scan the remaining results to collect free repeats farther down the list. Resume after adding credits to continue.

You need available credits to start or resume an export, even if some results qualify as free repeats. At zero credits, select Upgrade plan to review your plan options, or wait for your next credit refresh. You can still download files that have already been published. Eligible repeats within an accepted export continue to cost no credits.

Starting or resuming sets aside up to your current available credits, limited by the remaining requested rows. Concurrent exports share that available balance. Only successfully published rows are charged, and unused reservations return if their original credit period is still eligible. Expired credits do not roll into a new period. Check the export details for total credits charged and free repeats.

The 30-day business repeat window and each file’s 30-day availability are independent. Removing expired repeat eligibility does not remove your export history or credit activity. Resuming creates an additional file with its own expiration; it does not extend older files or repeat windows.
