Which download format should I choose?

CSV is the default and works well for most CRM imports and spreadsheet tools. Match your selected fields to the receiving tool's import columns.

Choose Excel to sort, filter, and work with leads in a spreadsheet. Phone numbers and other text values are stored as text to preserve their formatting.

Choose JSON for software and automation that accept structured data. Supported lists and objects stay structured instead of being flattened into spreadsheet cells.

Every plan includes all three formats. Your format choice does not change the credit cost. To get another format, create another export; leads within your existing 30-day repeat window cost no additional credit.
